Today in Addestra, we recognized certain growing trends and concerns that will affect every organisation in the next few years.  As a result, we are constantly looking to improve and upgrade ourselves to bring the best trainings for our clients. 

As sited by our Prime Minister, the aging population will pose a heavier than usual burden on the working society.   As such, we are looking at various successful programs overseas to merge with our local expertise to bring in for our aging working society to boost their brain power and avert dementia in old folks like possible Alzheimer disease.  In doing so, we hope to help them keep their earning power and continue to help our society age gracefully and lessen their burden.

In this modern era, many working conditions have evolved to create many new ills in the working arena.   New common problems like
